What to Do When Your Student Says He/She Does Not Have Homework:

Students should always review planner, homework logs, grades and assignments.

They need to write, review and study their Cornell notes from class each day. They need to write questions, highlight key concepts and vocabulary and write summaries of each day’s notes.

English:

  • All students should read 30 minutes per night.

  • 8th grade: Read 10 books each quarter.

  • 9th grade: “Study” or highlight editor’s marks from their starter activities.
